My Educational Journey

Hello! my is Shuta Bolton, and I am a dedicated teacher with over 22 years educational experience. I graduated from Jefferson State Community College with an Associates in Early Childhood Education; I’m perusing my Bachelor’s degree with hopes of teaching Pre-K  through  First grade.  Throughout my career I have gained a deeper understanding of different learning styles and needs.

My teaching philosophy revolves around creating positive, diverse and inclusive classroom environments where every student feels welcomed, valued and motivated to learn.  I believe in creating critical thinking skills and encouraging curiosity, helping students not only grasp academic concepts but also develop a love for learning that helps beyond the classroom.

I am passionate about integrating technology into the classroom, using innovative tools to enhance learning and engage students in new ways. 

Continuous professional development, I regularly attend conferences', workshops and trainings to stay on the latest educational 

I enjoy going to the beach, hiking, camping, spending time with family, watching movies and relaxing.
